The room had persistent humidity and a distinct smell, especially from the bathroom, which was less than pleasant. I could hear guests outside my room all night, so good luck getting a peaceful sleep if you're a light sleeper. To top it off, the food quality didn't cut it – meals were often lukewarm, and the lack of variety meant I found myself disappointed at dinner. After the first few days, they also stopped providing a daily bottle of water, which felt like a step back. Finding a poolside spot was a hassle if you didn’t get there early enough, as some guests would keep their spots occupied without using them.
